I would like to give a special shout out to the amazing staff at VCA in Bolingbrook. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put out beloved 16 year old Golden Retriever down and the staff was so wonderful, loving and caring throughout the whole process. Thank you for making something so difficult just a bit easier.
The physicians and all the staff treat you and your pet/babies like family. They genuinely care about your pet and their needs. They take the time to help pet parents understand how to best take care of the needs of our kids. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.
Dr. Rowlett is amazing. My pet loves her and she doesn't like many people. They are so caring and they know Lily and always call her by name. They understand rhe love of a pet. I drive all the way from Chicago to come see them. I think they are a little expensive, but well worth it.
Couldn't give 5 stars because they are pricey. Nice environment but prices go up every year and sometimes up like 40 to 50 on certain shots or tests. That is about 50 to 60% increase. There are probably other near places that have nice and caring staff/docs/better prices. It just stinks when you and the pet have a relationship with them then you don't want to change over...I may have to because $300 for 1 day exams/shots it just too much. The staff is super friendly and genuinely care about our four legged family. The vets are great and we especially appreciate Dr. Nelson's exceptional bed side manner with our entire family!
