Amazing staff they are extremely kind and thoughtful
This has been our vet for the past 7 years. We have had nothing but great experiences here. Very recently, our otherwise very healthy lab, had a mass on his belly. We made appointment and the doctor did a very thorough biopsy and was found to be just a fatty tumor. We scheduled his surgery and when that day came, the surgery staff continuously updated us with texts (including cute pics of our dogs face while under anesthesia). Everyone here really loves taking care of not only their clients but the families as well.
Thank you to the wonderful, compassionate, and kind care you took of our dog Snoop. We unfortunately had to put our sweet baby to sleep, but the kindness everyone here showed, we will forever be greatful at one of our worst times. And when we decided to keep our Snoops ashes, he came back to us in a beautiful urn with such kind memorial papers. VCA really is a great place
I just want to say thanks to everyone who works here! Last night we had an e.r. situation where our daisy girl got stung by a bee and swelled up severely. They took us in right away and did what they could to relieve her! Thank you so much!
