I've been a client at VCA Ben White for YEARS, typically seeing Dr. Garza. My pet, Miss Kitty, is diabetic and Garza diagnosed Kitty years ago. I try to always see Garza because of this, and her friendly demeanor, however when Garza is not available, Dr. Yen, and the whole Team, is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and always on point. Everyone at VCA takes care of Miss Kitty and I feel extremely comfortable leaving kitty in thier hands. I know they treat her with the level of love and care I deliver at home.
Great service! We came in from Belize to get our dog ready to travel to Europe! We received throughout a great service, starting from the initial contact, micro shipping and vaccinations, to the last dewormer treatment and international health certificate. Always great care and service. We also had Sammy there for boarding a couple of time. I can highly recommend VCA Ben White Animal Hospital!
My dog was attacked by a cat and his eye was scratched They took us right in and took care of my dog. Wonderful staff and a great vet Dr. Yen. Thanks to all that helped us today.
Spent over $1000 in less than a month trying to find out my cats illness and had to put her down in the end ,you'd think I would've at least gotten a sympathy card Nope their just in it for the $$ Next time I'll go with a local vet.just saying. ...
