Staff was great took my dog in because she became ill and they worked with me on everything and they even called me this morning to check up on her
Recently started taking both my dogs here about six months ago. I am so impressed by the customer service provided and the professionalism and genuine care expressed by the doctors. Very easy to get an appointment with flexible times. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people but that intersection is a nightmare.
Our Boxer fell victim to a dog fight with two neighborhood dogs. Not only did he require medical attention and immediate surgery but he had to be quarantined for almost two weeks after surgery because the other dogs in the fight were not current with their shots. It was a traumatic experience for our family but VCA Ben White welcomed us with open arms, despite us not being previous customers. We know our Bubba has been in excellent hands with them. We are so grateful to the team of doctors and technicians there.
The doctors and staff are all marvelous! They love our pets just as much as we do.
