RecommendedSo I just took raven my 1 year old pittie I gotta say I was very impressed with their customer service Not only was i able to make an appointment the same week but there was no wait when I arrived the staff was extremely patient with raven(human selective) the dr came and talked to me and made sure I knew what was being done It was a great experience
my senior Jack Russell cut himself on a nail bad. I couldn't get him into any vets due to them not accepting new clients and Banfield was booked for 2 months. I called at the oaks pet hospital and they got him in the next day. they patched him and gave me some pain relievers and antibiotics and now he back to his old self!!
I will forever be so thankful for the vets and staff at this hospital. My big guy was hit by a car and had to have his leg surgically repaired. They worked us into their schedule, which I’m sure is absolutely packed like everyone else’s, and got Jameson all fixed up. Dr is very straightforward and honest and explains things clearly and the techs and receptionists are very sweet and caring. I felt like cost was comparable to other offices in town for the surgeries that we had done to repair the leg and neuter him.

Dr. Sidhu and the staff are absolutely amazing. It’s not easy for me to have to board my baby Duke but they all know how crazy I am and treat him like family. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Love them all�
The staff is super friendly. Dr. Sidhu is very good at his job and is willing to take the time to explain things in terms that someone not in the field can understand. I took my little guy in for a swollen eye; the doctor told me and showed me what he believed was going on. He told me how to treat the issuse and said that the eye should be back to normal by the next morning. My little man's eye completely recovered, well before the morning.
