Even with something as simple as having the tech shave away a little of Sanders' super thick face hair to see if the dark lump in there was a tick, the staff at VCA are always kind, thorough and so good with our pets. WIthin 15 minutes this morning they had my worries put to rest that it was just a big scab on a scrape that we just need to watch. But they didn't make me feel silly for not wanting to dig around with a tweezers myself to figure this out at home. Very professional and kind to our pets over the years. Love this ... read more
I am absolutely besides myself over Dr. Jennifer Stephanie s' primo excellence in the care given to and received by my maltese Zophia and myself! After numerous misdiagnosis over health diagnostics from TWO other vets at Wales Animal Clinic, she nailed it EVERY time! I strongly encourage ANYONE seeking NOT only quality BUT consistent care to give your fur baby the attention they NEED in making this YOUR primary pets number ONE go to place for ANY care you may need for your pet!
Always take their time with my pets, and their care is genuine from all the staff. Thank you all for all that you do ~
