We brought our cat in for an annual check up. Very thorough and we were allowed to stay in the room for the exam. The vet explained things so our disabled child could understand what tas taking place.

my appointment was at 4:30, was told to come early. I arrived at 4:00. The receptionist told me several times they were waiting for a room to be cleaned. Finally at 4:52 I asked the receptionist how much longer it was going to be, as my cat was getting antsy being in the carrier so long. A few minutes later she comes back to say that they are unable to see us today, because she isn't sure how much longer the wait will be. plus it's a Fri and they close at 5. complete waste of 3 hours of my time!
