They were awesome! From the first phone call I made and talked to Dustin, who was soo helpful and put my mind at ease regarding my sick baby, to the actual visit the next day. I didn't get the name of the assistant (sorry) but he was so awesome! & Jennifer the doctor too! They truly cared about my cat and my concerns. And worked with me on my payment options which was a huge concern because we had been through quite a rough financial week but we were still able to get her taken care of. Thank you so much!!
I take my cats here for their vaccines & they're always very kind & quick. Last year, my cat got very sick & I had to put him down. The Doctor was so considerate & helpful, it made us feel much better about the situation. Today, I experienced the best customer service from them. My cat ended up peeing on the way there & instead of letting me clean the carrier & him by myself in the bathroom, they helped.
