Recommendedthey were caring ,kind ,and very thorough and take excellent care of all the pets...open 24 hrs...emergency care...they cost a lot but they earned & deserve it and more...
Good staff but pricey. Visit was 70 just to be seen and 41 pain and inflammation medication.
I had to do the hardest thing last Wednesday August 1st. My mini Doxie hurt his back and had to be put down. The vet was amazing and was very caring. She gave me all the time I needed to say good bye. Today I received a card from the vet with a handwritten note. Losing your best friend is hard and it meant alot that the vet took time out of her day to send me a card. Thank you for being so amazing
We got evacuated in the recent fire. Haven humane and another rescue spot in Anderson were both full and no one would answer the phone or door after hours at either location (like fires only take replace between 9-5). VCA Asher took in my two cats at midnight and kept them for a week until we could return home. They did not charge us one dime and gave us big hugs because they were so happy our house was OK. They said they spoiled the cats with pets and bushings every day. THANK YOU VCA ASHER.
I have taken all of my animals to Asher on Hilltop in Redding. All of the doctors and vet techs are so compassionate and kind. They all saw us through the passing of our two dogs this past year. They’ve been so supportive towards us. Then with the Carr Fire and subsequent evacuations, they boarded my dogs for free! Words can not express how the people at Asher on Hilltop have touched my life and the lives of my animals.
Our puppy Suzy Q was bitten by a rattlesnake! We took her in scared and upset! Left feeling relieved and so happy for our baby girl� Thank you for your kind and amazing service’s!

My Dog loves them
I'm thankful for a vet that's open on the weekends. We took our dog there yesterday for a medical emergency and I was very thankful for Dr. Hawkins' compassionate care. She explained all the options to us and how much each option would cost. It made it so much easier to make an informed decision. Our dog is improving today.
