Caring, professional staff. Great care!
It cost over $5,000! They make you sit and wait for over an hour each time. They don't respect the appointments they give you. You cannot use their bathroom or any bathroom while you wait.
I took my puppy to VCA ASEC over a weekend when I was visiting my parents. The curbside experience was excellent. They got the history over the phone, greeted me at my car, and confirmed what I told them. The vet called shortly after once she had done her examination. Discussed plan and confirmed the estimate. When they were done with diagnostics, called and discussed treatment. Overall excellent experience and I highly recommend this hospital.

From the person who answered my call inquiring about surgery for our puppy girl who broke her knee to Dr. Balfour who called me back right away and got her in the next day and did our baby’s surgery to the person who took care of her before and after surgery and all the staff who I talked to over the phone. It is complete chaos in there. They do not know how to handle the covid protocols AND keep your animals safe. They didn't even know where my dog was because they make you take off their collar before they take them in. Also, they made me wait over an hour for my appointment. They claim they did not know I was in the parking lot. I called as soon as I arrived, of course. No one had communicated that I was even there. VCA ASEC Review This office has many highly capable doctors and I would recommend them for short term urgent situations. However, long term, they are not great at follow-thru and prepare for financial gouging. My wonderful Sophie has been diagnosed with kidney disease (at most 1-2 years to live). We have been seeing Dr Cohen for a long time, trying to manage her condition with medication and thru a nutritionist, her diet.
