Terrible. never go to VCA. They will charge you over other clinics and do less to help your pet. Our cat was injured in a dog attack and they didn't even bother to set the break in her arm, they just threw an "advanced bandage" on it not even a splint. Then some doctor came in and said surgery was required and it would be $3-5,000. We went to our regular vet that reviewed the films and they said they (VCA) should have set the break and splinted it. We brought in our pet at approximately 6:50am on 3/3/18 in critical condition and the staff failed to assess the acuity of our pets condition and as a result, endangered our pets life. We left after waiting for over 20 minutes, to take our pet to another animal hospitalwhere they brought us back within 60 seconds of walking through the door, with a lobby full of patients. I have had so many issues with them telling me one thing over the phone and then changing it when I got there or telling me one thing one visit and then changing it by the other. They're not only messing around with my pocket but they're messing around with my dogs health and that is Just not OK. If you decide to go there expect to spend a lot of money for very little attention to your fur Babies.
after going to this hospital on Friday...we find out that my cat needed xrays...I didn't have the $500 and was crying cause he was not in a good shape at all ! unfortunately this cruel world doesn't care! no money no treatment !
