Went there with our foster pup directly from transport. Everyone was kind, patient and friendly. The doc was very thorough. Great place.
when I rescued a dog, I had no idea where to take him to see a vet and since my daughter lived in EH i figured I would try this one, Well they have been super super great, I have maintained taking Bear there and he even had surgery there, his Vet is Dr.Halston and she is an "angel" also there receptionist and assistants are very very polite and caring. I would definitely refer any pet to them without a hesitation. Thank you Dr. Halston and Staff!!
We love bringing our furry family here! All of the staff is super helpful and friendly. Michelle the office manager always comes out to greet our "kids". Going to the vet isn't such a stressful thing for them here. Thank you vca of east Hartford!
Blackjack has been seeing Dr Ross for his entire life, and today, we found it comforting on his last day Dr Ross was there with his wonderful assistant, Michelle, who so thoughtfully brought a plaid blanket for him because he was a Scottie!
When our cat Juicebox injured his eye and had to have it removed, the staff and vets and the vca were great. They were kind and compassionate during a stressful time. I was confident leaving him in their care and they did a great job. They even followed up with us the next day to check in on him. He has now fully recovered and is back to himself!
Just started coming here with our puppy Chase the staff is friendly and inviting. They are up for all of you're questions and concerns. As a first time pet owner they are definitely helpful.
We came to Vca with the charter oak family and it has been a wonderful transition. Thanks for making it easy to join the Vca family.
My cats always get wonderful service from the doctors and staff.
