Caring staff and a warm and welcoming environment for all patients and humans too! The doctors are well versed on new treatments and are always dedicated to helping! They have taken care of my fur baby for 13 years and counting!
I brought my two cats to VCA of East Hartford last week, that was our first visit. I really like Dr. McAleer. He is so nice and very caring. He explained one of my cat"s problem very well. The staff is friendly and nobody push me to spend more money on my cats. The first visit was very comfortable for me, so I decided to keep going VCA to see Dr. McAleer.
Very first time coming here and I was very pleased with the card they gave to our cat who is very scary
We orginally started going to Charter Oak Vet on Tolland Street with Dr. Ross, Michelle, and Amanda. We had been with them for many years with our Shepards, Guinea Pig and our Buster. They all were awesome and our furbabies were very well taken care of. When we lost one of them they always sent a sympathy card. So of course when they became a part of VCA we followed them. We have been treated the same and recommend you to anyone one that is looking for care for their furbaby.
