Recommendedunfortunately I don't remember their names but the tech and dr who tended to Hobbs 10/26/22 were amazing. she explained the process, showed me urn options and gave me all the time I needed with Hobbs in his last moments and that meant the world to me. they were both very compassionate. I wish I remembered her name but my mind was a bit preoccupied at the time. if possible, please express my heartfelt gratitude to the tech and dr.
I had an emergency with my rottweiler and was TURNED DOWN by several vets. she had a c-section that opened up. THE LADYS ,or should I say ( angels) from the front desk to DR and billing too, GOT ME RIGHT IN AND ALL CARED ABOUT MY JEWELS!!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND AND THANK THEM ALL FOR HELPING US THREW IT ALL... THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP BUT MOSTLY HAVING ENORMOUS HEARTS IN OUR TIME OF NEED..
I like the Vet the techs and office workers they treat you like family and are caring for your pet. You also can trust them to take care of your problems
My puppy started very afraid of the vet, after 3 visits he’s so excited to see them. A day after every appointment I get a text message checking on him from a vet tech and that makes me feel like they care about his after care. They are very knowledgeable of my puppy needs and always offer the best advice. Bingo loves VCA of East Hartford!

Dr. Olivia and the staff there are amazing. I bring all my animal there for their veterinary and grooming needs. The prices are also the best around!
I bring my black lab Bailey (who is a very skittish rescue) to see Dr. Holston and my dog is a ease when she sees her. My dog senses great kindness from her as do I. We are very fortunate to have found a wonderful doctor. The whole staff are always cheerful when they greet my dog and I at the counter and compassionate when I fear something maybe wrong. I appreciate all wonderful care they provide us. Thank you East Hartford VCA!
Price gouging for pet medications - antibiotics, during a time when people are struggling. Shameful. $86.00 for Simplicef 200mg x 14 days. Actual cost online $30.00. Great veterinarians with zero administrative ethics. If you are ok with paying more than double please pick this place. Otherwise find an office that has compassion AND ethics.
