All the staff is great. Dr Palma goes out of his way to make sure me and my dogs are well taken care of. Love this place 👍
They saved my cat when the other place basically condemned her to death. I won't go anywhere else from now on, its VCA all the way <3
Brought our cat for a second opinion and Dr. Unger spent more than an hour with us reviewing options. We decided on an affordable route of action. Low and behold this morning after a week without eating put cat finally ate on her own. We know this may not work long term but it definitely gave us peace especially when we have our first baby supposed to be due tomorrow. Thank you everyone there who helped. We will definitely be back and will be referring everyone that way!
A few months ago I was pressured to sign Tonks, (our 13 month old dog at the time) up for a puppy plan even though the Vet flat out told me she didn't qualify because she was over a year old. He told me it was a cheaper payment plan for Tonks' spay and microchip etc. He told me directly that when it was time for her spay we would pay nothing since that was part of the payment plan. VCA Angel always goes the extra mile for my animals. They expertly saved one of my cats when he was a baby and very sick, so I'll always have a deep appreciation for the staff. They are kind and knowledgeable,and always follow up to check on my pets after their appointments.
We moved back to Texas and needed a good Vet and are extremely pleased with our new Vet: Jennifer Bonnell, DVM and the whole staff. They are open late hours, which helps everyone. Very happy! ���
