They take very good care of our Chiquita & Rocky.
I had to make an appointment for one of my dogs on a Saturday and our normal vet couldn't get her in. I was so impressed by their customer service when I went in that I ended up transferring our vet care to VCA. I have since taken both pups back for an exam and am still impressed with the staff and providers caring nature and friendly demeanor.
Thank you!! Brought our 4 kitties for their annual check up and shots. The staff and vets are amazing. They truly love animals. They are very thorough and always make sure to give you an opportunity to ask questions. I love that they give me options with the pros and cons.
I recently adopted a kitten from the SPCA, and I brought her here for her first check up. Everyone, from the wonderful front desk staff, to the awesome techs and Dr. Lane, were amazing. I went back yesterday for her follow-up up, and had the same great experience. I really love the atmosphere, and little Wasabi was very comfortable there! Highly recommend!
I started coming here in March with my mini schnauzers. My babies have been boarded here several times and get their routine care done here as well. Today I had to bring my oldest baby in (14 1/2 years old) to be sent over the rainbow bridge. The staff was so kind and compassionate with him and myself. Some even coming over to tell him bye before we went in the room.
