The VCA front desk staff and techs are friendly and efficient. Dr. Link was professional, patient, and reassuring. They all made a difficult situation a little easier.

At short notice and from out of town, VCA is a blessing. It was expensive, but not as much as we thought. Tamara M. Da Costa Gomez DVM talked us through the procedure and I knew Nicklas was in great hands. ❤️ felt thanks‼️

Great experience under stressful circumstances. They kept Maximus overnight and allowed us visitation the next day . During our visitation Dr. Elliot took the time to brief us on his status . When she left the room Maximus wanted to follow so clearly they were treating him very well. He is home now and doing much better thanks to Dr. Elliot and the wonderful staff at VCA.

VERY disappointed in my experience at VCA yesterday. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'd been here twice before, with two different cats. One cat was dying, and they treated me very kindly, even after the kitty died. They charged me what I felt was a fair and reasonable price. Yesterday, I was given an "estimate" for diagnostic testing of nearly $900!!! I hate for money to have to be an issue, but in the last few years, I've become very ill with fibromyalgia.
