I replied to his Facebook ad on March 31st which stated That his concrete cost were $3.50 to $4.00 per square foot. When I met him on April 3rd I paid a deposit of $200 to schedule him and he stated that to frame it up it may be a bit more and he would send me a quote that night which HE DID NOT DO. I had to ask 10 times over the coarse of April and he finally quoted me almost double in MAY.
