I purchased a brand new vehicle in January of 2013 out of state from Vaugh Automotive. At the time, communication between the sales rep. Tim Kirkman and the finance department was acceptable for doing business out of state. However, after the purchase contract was signed there was little if no communication in response from the sales rep. or finance department. Look somewhere else.... – Not very good service. The guy that sold me my car was horrible at returning my phone calls. The car looked okay when I got there and purchased it and it ran good when I test drove it. However, a couple months later the air conditioning pump went out in my car, which he failed to tell me the air conditioning was going out before I bought it (he had to have known, because the car shakes when the pump is going out, but it didn't do it when I test drove it). The Worst Dealership – Worst service I've ever had. First they did a bait and switch on the diagnosis price. Then they gave a diagnosis for $700. I had the repairs done and the problem was NOT fixed! They refuse to take any responsibility. I even spoke to the General Manager and the GM Hotline. All I got was excuses.
