I experienced both sides of the dealer. My original appointment was for warranty service. Calling here is a little ridiculous, it's hard to reach anyone. Service itself is great, issue appears to be resolved. Found a new truck while there and in typical fashion that took forever. We made three calls to reach a sales person to discuss but finally got a call back the next day. If I could give this place a zero star I would. They are the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They lie and are very unprofessional.
I recently purchased a 2020 Ram 1500, I had been hunting for the right deal for all of 3 weeks. A gentleman named Dean Dinning was my sales associate and was absolutely awesome! Thank you for the perfect deal Dean. It was definitely worth the drive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
