They got me in right away. Fixed my jeep. And kept me posted.
I just wanted to leave a quick review. I tried to make a deal with them, and their communication was great. The staff was professional, and there were no hidden fees—everything was transparent. They don’t use misleading sales tactics or pressure you into anything you’re not comfortable with. Even though we couldn’t agree on a price this time, I feel confident that we could do business together in the future.
Nathan was great to work with! He made the buying process easy and efficient! He also answered all of our questions before and after the sale very timely.
I was working with a salesperson for 2 weeks on a vehicle. I had to consistently call, leave voicemails, or reach out to the dealership to get communication. I actually test drove the vehicle twice and let them know I was interested and heard little to nothing back from them. Called today, left a voicemail, texted, messaged through the dealers messaging app "I would like to close this deal today". After agreeing to fill our financing and heading to the dealership I found out it was sold. Disappointing to say the least.
