I've been on the waiting list for a loaner to get my car in for service for about 3 months now, and I just get a call stating they won't offer pickup or loaner service to me anymore as I live too far away. This is the closest Cadillac dealership to me and they won't even give me a loaner if I take my 2023 Cadillac to them for service. They've tried to tell me to go to Dealership that isn't Cadillac certified. This is a vehicle with SuperCruise.
