We have been a Cadillac family for decades and currently have two Caddy’s in our garage not including the new one we just purchased. It appears that Vaughn Automotive Cadillac in Iowa has a significant amount of incompetent or lazy staff, with E-mails not returned by various staff, telephone calls not returned and an arrogant and lazy finance person.
