Partiality? I'm not sure, but I will say this was pretty strange. We purchased a vehicle from Vaughn back in February of this year. We had a pretty great experience. We had our financing when we walked through the door with Capital One. Fast forward to now. We felt comfortable going into the dealership with our youngest daughter this past weekend. We have been a Cadillac family for decades and currently have two Caddy’s in our garage not including the new one we just purchased. It appears that Vaughn Automotive Cadillac in Iowa has a significant amount of incompetent or lazy staff, with E-mails not returned by various staff, telephone calls not returned and an arrogant and lazy finance person.
