I urge anyone thinking of going to Vast Dental, to seek treatment elsewhere. I had a horrible experience getting two fillings that ended up with me having two root canals and almost losing two of my teeth.I went to Vast Dental because my old dentist was very expensive and I wanted something closer to my new home. Terrible unprofessional Dentist. Appeared for an appointment. They cancelled my appt after 15 min. late. Not very kind staff.. Stay away from these clowns!!
We have been going to Vast Dental since moving to MA almost 6 years ago. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Hoang is super sweet and always accommodating to our schedule, even fitting my daughter in for an appointment at the last minute. We have moved now and drive 65 miles or so but would not leave this practice!
Always greeted with a smile. The staff is great with my entire family and very attentive. I travel 2hrs for every visit, that in itself should say enough.
I had my first visit yesterday and it couldn't have gone better. Both Dr. Hoang and Stephanie listened to what I said, accommodated my concerns, educated me on what could be done to protect my teeth as I age, and ensured all that I needed would be done as comfortably as possible. The front staff was quite welcoming. Excellent experience.
This is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. Been going here for about 5 years now and I must say I have never had a bad experience here. Dr Hoang ,cares about her patient's, tells it like it is,she is very honest and thoughtful. Trust me you will not go wrong going here. The place is very clean ,the staff is extremely friendly, she even has a kids play room.
Great place! The decor and setup doesn’t scream DENTIST office and since coming to the dentist makes me so anxious I feel pretty relaxed when I come here. All the staff and the dentist are extremely nice and accommodating! Highly recommend.
