Absolutely and incredibly RUDE. These people don’t give a crap about you nor your case. They take your money and run with it. You can’t ever get in contact with anyone from the team. They set virtual meetings and do not even attend them. You have to be on their ass to make things happen. Extreme lack of attention they don’t keep you updated on your case.
