First appointment at this office I arrived 15 mins early as requested. Get there and there no other patients in the waiting room. Get called back still don't see any other patients. While being checking in by the nurse, she informs me that I'm the doctors first patient. Here I am still waiting on the doctor to see me (his first patient) an hour later. This isn't a very good start to a positive doctor patient relationship.
I'm writing to let you know i went to your panama city office Dr. Megan March did my stent surgery on October28th, 2025. I guess she did a good job my blood flow returned. Her office or her, never called and checked on me nor did they call and schedule a follow-up. My discharge papers from the hospital did not have any instructions about ME having to call and schedule one. I feel this was very unprofessional. You need to make sure no other patients have experienced this.

Dr. Hayson saved my life. He is sincere, thoughtful, skilled, & encouraging. This practice is well organized & easy to maneuver. I highly recommend them.
