Had the GAE procedure done a week ago. Great staff as well as doctor. Healing well. Would suggest it to anyone with knee pain.
The doctor, all of the technicians, and the coordinator were outstanding, and treated me with professionalism, compassion, and care. I was pretty nervous for the procedure I had, but the technician (I forget her name) and Dr. Nadour were patient in answering my questions and explained what was happening throughout the procedure. I felt like I was in good hands, and would highly recommend.
Not really sure what to think about his medical provider. You can go online and get an appointment any time of day, almost immediately. Their insistence on having your insurance information immediately is concerning to the point where I lost trust. They cancel your appointment without the insurance information. I’m doubting their legitimacy.
Don’t go here for vein treatment! I have multiple reasons why I’ll never go here again and wouldn’t recommend it. First, they’re way behind the times and don’t have text or email reminders for appointments. Second, I was having some vein treatment and they brought me into a room with a cheesy divider. Another patient was on the other side! It’s bad enough to have vein treatment but to have to be in the same room with another patient…c’mon.
