Avoid this doctor's office at all costs. Dr. Harvey and Dr. Quinney were EXTREMELY and REPEATEDLY rude and unprofessional in several conversations and visits. Dr. Quinney did a port replacement procedure for me. A couple of days after the procedure, my nurse tried to use the port and it didn't work. So I called him and he said he would have to take it out and put it in another place; he did that a week later.
