Out of the many times I've been there I don't think I've ever had a completely pleasant experience.
So we went to emergency department last night at northern lights and this urinal filled with SOMEONE else urine was in the room, ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!!! They are suppose to clean every room after each use and sanitize everything due to covid but yet they don’t remove a used urinal out of the room? Are they really even cleaning rooms after every use then? Pure disgusting! The urinal was at the end of the stretcher in plain site and when I mention it all I get is a “I’m sorry” no! Northern Light is a slaughter house that is more concerned about their CEO getting paided than ANY human life. Their treatment of the people that go there is beyond disgusting and inappropriate. I am applauld at what they consider patient care. If you value the life of your loved one NEVER take them to the killing floor that is Northern Light.
as many times as I've called to check on my husband the staff has been so nice. his nurse is amazing and im great full he's in good hands

Please do not let your loved ones stay at this hospital. If it is absolutely necessary that your loved one has to be there stay with them, be an advocate, and make sure ... read more
Months ago I went into the ER. I tested positive for influenza A. The doctor on call didn’t want me to go home. She wanted me admitted. Then shift change. The next doctor sent me home, with a 103 fever. Spitting up chunks of blood. Not even a day later I had to call 911 my lungs and kidney’s shut down. Back to the ER by ambulance. Medical induced coma. tracheotomy. Palliative care. There was a nurse in the ICU THAT MISTREATED ME. Hurt me. Abused me. When I couldn’t move!!! She pinched me, yelled at me. HURT ME. I would rathe... read more
