I have NEVER met with a ruder dr's office in my whole life. I tried to look for a doctor for my dad who got varicose veins. The woman kept asked about previous records and told me no record no appointment. I asked her what if we haven't visited any vascular surgery before and this were the first time. She just said then go to ER or there is other doctors around. I just could not believe my ears.

The doctors are excellent, but the staff is unreliable, unfriendly and often rude. After waiting for almost one hour for tests ordered by the doctor 2weeks earlier, I rescheduled the tests for 8:15 this morning. When I arrived, a rather rude receptionist informed me that they left a voice mail 3 days ago cancelling my appointment because they are short staffed. I received no voice mail and received no rescheduled appointment offer, other than a suggestion I call another office if I want to schedule the test a 3rd time.

I called this office and made an appointment based on a referral. I made the appointment and was given a cash price since I don't have insurance but I do have the money upfront. I get a call a few days later then stating they would not see cause I am a cash pay patient... go figure i need Healthcare.. I have the cash and the price was even agreed upon before.. for them to turn around and dismiss me as a patient cause I don't have insurance. So much for helping patients.
