On May 05 I was admitted for a simple surgery, clear fistula on my left forearm, the day after I was informed that need it to go to emergency hospital next day cause my arteriovenous were damage, hospital install a cap on my chest so I can continue with my treatment of dialysis, days later was admitted in the same hospital to repair damage of my arteriovenous with a transplant, The damage was cause by the Dr. On call at 11411 Brookshire Ave Suite 301 Downey, Ca 90241.
