Ya my sister had issues with them as far as collections I kept telling her "pay your bills, ur fault not theirs" amazing gym. I love it there. My sanctuary. I love the classes I love the teachers and I love al the new equipment. Great gym. Wil stay forever.
I switched from 24 hours fitness (which i loved) to Golds which is now Vasa Fitness. Over all its not a terrible gym but one thing that does irritate me over and over is the fact that so much cardio equipment is out of order and stays that way for a long time. I understand things break down especially with all the uses but i feel like they should be fixed in a very timely manner. I pay monthly to use this equipment and i would hope that i cold. Since they changed their name they've started making some MUCH needed improvements. The old stuff was so worn down and almost dysfunctional. It's starting to turn around!
We have truly enjoyed the service and customer service we have experienced. The corporate office has been amazing as well.
I like this gym and it helps me gets strong. they have many fun things to do here.
Went to the one on 13th East today before work, expecting to workout and then shower for work. When it was time to shower, I found out they have quit providing soap. Used the showers for the last five years without this problem. Had to got to work without cleansing myself properly.
Big and tons of brand new equipment. I love the trainers too.
