It's 3 times better then what it use to be with the design layout. The only bad reviews I keep hearing about is how people keep getting charged random fees or sign up fees when they are told something else..... I haven't seen any random fees yet, and hopefully I dont
My car keys were stollen from this gym, with 2 iPhones, the thefts found my car in the parking lot and stole $1500 worth of cash and items from my car. Vasa staff did nothing to help the situation stating "ya this happens all the time" and that's it. Vasa fitness could do more to prevent this from happening instead of nothing at all.
Worst gym ever. I cancelled my account in march and paid off all of my fees and the guy i talked to said i wouldn't be charged anymore at all after that. I checked my bank statement and i got charged for may and june. I called and they said that they never cancelled my account then i had to talk to corperate and they said that they had no record of them cancelling my account in march and they couldnt do anything about. WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE!?
They have spent a lot of money on cosmetics to make the place look pretty to attract new members. The place is still dirty and equipment poorly maintained. All they have done in the free weight room is more things around. Still same old dirty, broken and missing stuff.

Great gym but read your contract carefully. The employees obviously dont know the rules either and you will financialy get screwed over because of what u signed.
