I suggest you find a new billing company. I have NEVER encountered worse customer service in my life. Customers will associate your company with Paramount Acceptance and on multiple accounts: My mother, my husband and I have been treated very poorly.
this conpany is worse than golds gyms , be. aware of the cancelation procedure or the auto renew its really a hard process to do it and u have to do it at least 30 days before or u are screw u wont be able without pay cancellation fees , worse company i deal in my life , the cheap is not always the best .
Since the buyout (was Golds) I have like this gym less and less! Staff is inconsiderate, gym has changed to accommodate crossfit like exercises which resulted in a reduction of roughly a third of the weight machines. Furthermore, my brother-in-law was surprised with a collections notice for fees he didn't know about, I personally was charged over $100 in fees for childcare I never used, and now that I for some reason decided to re-new my membership, I am not able to renew at the rate I agreed to even after having to pay a $4... read more
