For the price it was "good" color, nothing special- the highlights on my lower half were left in longer and did not match the top of my head, the salon was closing and the stylist had another person coming in- or the toner was too dark. Also- highlights weren't put on close to my head. Not a big deal- but the goal was to bring up my color to blonde in a full high light. I cancelled my second appointment in search of "great".
