Can't speak for the Spa experience, never got there. Charged my credit card $70 on Jan 8th for a surprise for my mother's 70th birthday. On Feb 28th she showed up only to be turned away. I finally spoke to the Owner Ricardo. He couldn't care less. He arrogantly asked me to prove that I had actually paid. I did via email. It is now 30 days later and he still hasn't refunded my money after following up several times, apologized for embarrassing my mother or to me. This guy is a piece of work.
