The point of contact when I was attempting to secure a lease in this building was an AI chatbot. The bot is completely incompetent, knows nothing about the leasing or unit details, and will insist on booking "virtual" tours during timeslots where no staff are available (they don't even offer "virtual" tours--the bot completely made this up and there was no human oversight to notice the error).
