Working for Varsity in not bad at all, But the way how they treat the employees is unfair. The manager from the day time is very unprofessional. I had my supervisor night time and never had any type of issue, but the other person is very impulsive, she yelled at me twice without have a reason plus knowing that I was right and never apologized. her word were"whatever i said, is already said it". This was enough for me. I hope they get better communication with employees and more respect.

Horrible company, Supervisor will change your schedule without telling you. He tends to sit in the break room ALL DAY. The Supervisor never greet his employees until the head people come to visit Amazon MGE1. I don't see how he's the supervisor, the lead first shift is as so stuck underneath the supervisor, all they do is: sit and talk about the workers, THEY never work, never help clean, never help at all! I feel sorry for this company, there isn't any Growth or pay raise. It's a contract company which is HORRIBLE!
