Poor wash quality. Employees who bring you into the wash tunnel do not mit or wipe down the car before car goes into the wash. This does not get the car clean. Some employees don’t even get the entire car wet with the wash wand. It’s pathetic. They don’t wash out the wheel wells or anything. Their vacuum stations are nice with their amenities including bug wash which tells you they aren’t getting the car clean. Why would a customer want to wipe their car down with bug cleaner?
