Got a personal item sucked into vac system and they went through the pipes and dirt to find it. Best place in town

UPDATE: I had a productive meeting with Jordan, the general manager at this location. We were able to review Varsity's HD high resolution entry cameras. Looking at the footage together, we were able to agree that the panel was missing before going through the wash. However, the same HD footage showed very clearly, with a clean reflection in the sunlight, that there was zero paint damage to my car prior to entering the wash. Good price
No sign saying a big truck couldnt go through until you are at the end of the driveway, had to reverse through the driveway because of clearance and hope no one was coming in. Ford F-250 even 150 dont go if you have a truck thats large. “Free vacumes” no you have to pay to get in anyway. Simply poor communication.
