i was very shocked when I called this morning to make an appointment they wouldn't accept me. I was a patient of Dr. Varnum for almost 20 years and just because I haven't needed to see a doctor in a few years, they wouldn't let me make an appointment, and said they were not taking on New patients. It would have been considerate if they could send a letter saying they are dropping you as a patient so you will know ahead of time so when you need you can make other arrangements.
