Cant believe I actually enjoyed my waxing apt!! – I was so shocked that I actually enjoyed my apt with Yolonda!! She made me feel so comftorable! We had alot of small talk about kids, summer plans and before I knew it she was DONE!! It took only 20 minutes for a brazillian wax! I will certainly be going back!!

Poor Nail Service – I recently had a nail service booked for Homa. She attempted to give me a french manicure. First, upon sitting down in the chair, she didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped. Then, she tried to put white tips on my nails - it was the worst I have ever had. She did a poor job of shaping the white tip and it was very clumpy. over priced – I got a not so good haircut and customer service was very flat. With people struggling to get by this salon charges too too much for what you get. I lived in NY and don't have a problem paying for a quality product. I would never recommend this salon for a BORING AND FLAT LOOKING HAIRCUT. I went elsewhere and suggest the same for anyone else.

Best haircut in AGES!!! – Was a little nervous about trying a new stylist after relocating to Charlotte. Was referred to *Jade*, and am SO glad that I went! One of the things that I liked the most, was how welcomed I felt by her. She truly listened to what I wanted, and gave me some great feedback. Also, the salon itself is lovely and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. -Will DEFINATLY be going back!

Great style every time! – After moving to New York a year ago, I looked forward to my appointment with Mia at Charlotte. I have been her client for a few years and I could not miss an opportunity to see her again when I was in town for a few days. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Great Color and Cut – I just moved here from Florida, and had been going to the same stylist for years. A young lady named Andee did my highlights and cut for me and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking. Its a tad pricey but well worth it.

OVER PRICED AND COLD – THEY must write their own reviews, This place for Charlotte, NC IS TOO EXPENSIVE WERE not New York . I found my services so so and the atmosphere flat. I would not pay the prices they are asking. I guess that is why they offer discounts. My nail services were better at a walk in place my color for $ several hundred was not any thing to speak of. WAY TOO PRICEY AND COLD,
