Had my appointment at 10:15am. Came in at 10:00am. It is now 11:20am and I’m still waiting to be called back to see a doctor. Hope that justifies my poor rating.
RecommendedMy recommendation is misleading. I recommend if, financially, this is your only option. It's not a bad place to go...if you can get through administration. I've worked exclusively in administration for over 20 years, particularly a secretary that schedules appointments, answers phones, and engages with people daily. La verdad muy contenta con el servicio dental de estraka el dr Harwin muy buen médico 💯 % garantizado . Q DIos le bendiga y lastima q ya se ba pero mérese descansar después d muchos años de trabajo .....

Siempre es lo mismo te hacen una cita a una hora y no te atienden hasta que les da su gana!!! Creo que para eso se llama cita para atenderte a esa hora ya van varias veces que me dejan en el cuarto esperando la doctora hoy tuve una cita ala 1:40 y ala 1:55 me metieron al cuarto estuve esperando 1hr ala doctora estaba apunto de irme cuando entro y me dijo que estaban muy ocupados siempre es la misma historia no entiendo porq citan a variad personas ala misma hora si no pueden atender a varias ala vez!!!
