I dropped my gf off and went to find parking. After attempting to join her in the reception area, I was told only the person/s with an appointment could be inside currently (VERY MUCH UNDERSTANDABLE). Had my appointment at 10:15am. Came in at 10:00am. It is now 11:20am and I’m still waiting to be called back to see a doctor. Hope that justifies my poor rating.
