I was in contract to have a house built by Shawn Van Veghten. I owned the land and Shawn was contracted to build the home. For some reason my house and land showed up on MLS posted by Tori at the Van Veghten Real Estate group even though my house was not for sale and I didn’t by the land for this group. I was shocked to see it on MLS. I spoke with another of the customers Shawn built a house for and she had the same exact issues and she too was livid. You can draw your own conclusions about this.
