The management puts policies in place that DO NOT benefit the complex. They are unresponsive. And make conflict between the residents.
The apartment itself is nice but the way we have been jerked around by management and Bluestone has been appalling. When we moved in July 2019, we were advised that the water was based on usage and incorporated into the rent, as well as better internet was coming. Within three months, our water bill was over $100! It took another month to find out why, and it's because they switched to an 'average' based on the apartment size and how many were on the lease. Fast forward to May 2020. It has beautiful views of the mountains! Secluded away in it's on little nest, but yet only minutes away from Nashville.
I moved in a few months ago and was shocked at how HUGE the two bedroom models are. We have had only good experiences so far, the pool is kept really clean and the maintenance team is incredible and super responsive with any work orders. My husband works in downtown Nashville and the 25 min drive is great and close. We love coming home to the quiet mountains after work! Since I've been here, I've noticed the office upgrading everything which has made a big difference with more security, the aesthetic, and better parking.
Had a great experience with Vantage Pointe Homes. Great facility and amenities, very convenient to downtown Nashville and West Nashville. Krystle and Michelle are both real pros in their profession. They both always deliver excellent customer service and take pride in their work, both of these traits appear to be missing in today’s society and workplace. I wish I could hire them both in my organization.
The unit itself is not too bad. However, I will definitely not be staying here again. The security of the apartment is terrible. Parking is awful. Even with the enforced parking permits, there are several cars that don’t have the permits therefore we are forced to park towards the gravel or far out from our actual unit. Our car was hit twice at the time of our residence here accruing in over $3,000 dollars worth of damage that we will be covering as it will be considered a hit-and-run. I have been resident at Vantage Pointe for 15 months now and I have to say I have really enjoyed it here! The staff is very friendly and maintenance is always on top of things! My daughter loves the playground and the swimming pool! Very clean and well kept. The fitness center is really nice and so are the outside restrooms � overall it is very quiet and most of the neighbors I have met are really nice people!
