Definitely would not recommend since the practice was sold. There's no way to get through to the office. I left a message with AI Sam for a call back; no one returned my call. When I called again (3 times), the call went to voicemail which is full. I have asked twice already for my very important prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and it wasn't done. It is absolutely horrendous to try to make an appointment here. My mother's been a patient of this doctor for 35 plus years and they changed the whole system. She calls for days and days and cannot get through no one will answer the phone then has to walk in and show up for an appointment and told that she has to wait this is absolutely unacceptable from a medical professional.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are negligent and overall just terrible at providing quality care. From the receptionists to the providers, all you will find here is bad attitudes and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Since they changed to an Ai answering service this place is terrible you cant get ANYONE on the phone ..we go weeks with the pharmacy trying to get approvals...we've driven there to find them closed at 1pm on a Friday.. this is insane
Do not go to this place unless you want to waste your time. They close at anytime they want and don’t call you back to say they canceled your appointment. Este lugar deberían cerrarlo, no vayan aquí si quieren desperdiciar su tiempo, no avisan cuando van a cerrar, ni siquiera una llamada para decir que su sita está cancelada.
