Staff is rude and do not know how to talk to people
Management does not address complaints by the residence. Also after you sign your lease, you’ll notice that there are extra charges that they sneak in there that they don’t tell you about prior to you signing your lease.
Since I moved in February this place has done a lot of work to make the external space look nicer and feel more updated! I have made many maintenance requests for repairs and they have gotten much better with quick timely repairs to help my family feel like our hard working money is paying for us to live nicely!
