Verified Renter We have lived here now for a little over three years. Weve own a house, raised four children and spent many years in careers. Now that we are more or less retired we enjoy apartment living. Roots at Boerne has provided us a really good experience overall. There are certain aspects about apartment living that are common to any apartment complex you choose. The difference will be the management staff and the community of that complex. We give Roots at Boerne high marks in both.

Roots must be paying people for good reviews... I want so badly to leave a good review because my first 6 months of living here was great.. And then Greystar Properties took over and it has all been downhill from there. Half of the "amenities" are either non existent, or don't work. The gates are broken and held open half the time. The dog parks are filthy and in disrepair with torn up sprinklers and broken equipment/fences. The trash compactor area is absolutely disgusting and reeks to high heaven.
