Roots must be paying people for good reviews... I want so badly to leave a good review because my first 6 months of living here was great.. And then Greystar Properties took over and it has all been downhill from there. Half of the "amenities" are either non existent, or don't work. The gates are broken and held open half the time. The dog parks are filthy and in disrepair with torn up sprinklers and broken equipment/fences. The trash compactor area is absolutely disgusting and reeks to high heaven. Verified Renter The staff is amazing! The apartments are very clean and the outside is very well lit at night. It is also very quiet and peaceful outside. Stores like Walmart, HEB, Tractor supply and restaurants are all within 2 miles away.
