Great Place to Live We have been here for over a year and it has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and very quick to address any problems that arise. It is a very friendly, safe and clean apartment complex. Definitely the best in the Boerne area.

Management is nice but the community is full of....... The community has very quickly gone downhill. The apartments are not even two years old yet. So the apartment themselves are clean, modern and in good condition. However, there are several residents that make living there annoying. People that refuse to pickup after their dogs. You don't dare step off the sidewalk. When it rains some people's dog just go on the sidewalk. People here are so noisy! Nothing special From the outside this looks like a great place. However, the walls are incredibly thin. Management does nothing to manage noise and patio junk. It is embarrassing to have guests visit because of how junky other renters keep their patios. It’s turned into more of a trailer park than an apartment community. Dogs are constantly barking and they send too many texts about dog poop problems, yet they only have one poo station in the complex. The trash compactor is always full or broken.
