Verified Renter The Roots in Boerne is a fabulous community. The office employees do EVERYTHING they can to take care of requests and suggestions made by the residents. I feel safe and it's so nice to live in a well maintained apartment residence.

Verified Renter Living at The Roots has been great, I moved into my apartment two years ago and after getting married, my husband moved in with me. Both in living alone and as a couple, the apartment has been a delightful home. The well-designed layout makes for a comfortable space with convenient amenities. The grounds are beautiful (I signed up sight-unseen and was drawn by all the oak trees from the pictures), community friendly, commute easy, and management is on top of it. 10/10 would recommend!

Verified Renter I have lived at The Roots at Boerne for awhile. It is so peaceful. The management is exceptional and very driven to maintain the property. Maintenance gets tasks done quickly and are very knowledgeable. I love that my dogs have dog parks and a place for me to bathe them.
