Verified Renter We have been here at The Roots since April 2022. The management team in the office is amazing and professional. The maintenance guys go above and beyond for everyone in the community and gets the jobs done in a timely manner. The guys are very friendly. Being here has been great for my family and the environment is a place to call home.

Verified Renter The Roots at Boerne is a fabulous place to live. I give it the highest rating possible in all aspects for the management team, and maintenance team. We love the spacious apartment and the design. It's very functional. The Roots at Boerne provides a very comfortable lifestyle. It's pet friendly as well. Many areas to walk your pet and two gated doggy play areas specific to large and small dogs.
Verified Renter I enjoy living at the Roots because it is safe and close to grocery stores, restaurants, convenient store, and schools. It is also fast to get on I10 interstate to go to the Rim and San Antonio.
